ABOUT MY SERVICES
Conference Content.
I have curated some of Australia’s most prestigious industry summits, overseeing every aspect of the agenda: from booking keynotes to devising sessions and crafting questions that engage the audience.
Often, business summits descend into boring talkfests where the same old speakers say the same old things. I collaborate with organisers to devise sessions delegates want to see. Ones where they'll leave actually having learned something they can apply to their day-to-day jobs to give them an edge.
That involves crafting an overall theme, ensuring a balanced mix of formats, and working hard to make sure speakers are both entertaining on stage and informative. I can also manage your entire marketing strategy, including writing session descriptions that will convert into ticket sales alongside agonising over every word of your website, social media campaigns and EDMs.
See below for case studies, including the Australian Space Summit at Sydney’s ICC and a half day summit with BBC News.

Aus Space
I launched the Australian Space Summit & Exhibition in 2021 and grew it to become one of the country’s most high-profile and prestigious industry events. World-class speakers included the Under Secretary of the US Air Force, former Prime Minister Scott Morrison and senior leaders – and astronauts – from NASA, SpaceX and Virgin Galactic.
The event began life at The Star in Sydney, before growing into a 1000+ attendee event at the International Convention Centre, held across two days. I oversaw all aspects of content curation and directed our marketing and speaker acquisition strategy. I also presented panels on stage and was a frequent guest on national media during the event itself. The event also included the Australian Space Awards, held on the first night, and an executive dinner for high-profile speakers earlier in the week.

QMS Roadshow
I devised the strategy for QMS' national Mumbrella Bespoke roadshow, curating a series of breakfast events that travelled through Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. Each summit explored original neuroscience research into how audiences respond to out-of-home advertising, bringing together senior brand marketers, agency leaders and media executives.
As well as moderating panels, I collaborated with QMS to shape their agenda, crafting questions for panellists that balanced their commercial objectives with providing useful insight for delegates.
Finally, I also led the delegate acquisition strategy, creating a target list of potential guests, before writing EDMs and invites. In total, almost 300 people attended across three cities, including representatives from BMW, Renault, Suncorp, CHE Proximity, Victoria University, NAB, Myer and M&C Saatchi.

Aviation Summit
In 2025, few speakers generated more anticipation than Alan Joyce, making his first major public appearance since departing Qantas. I secured the former CEO as our headline speaker, creating an event that attracted delegates from across the industry and garnered significant mainstream press coverage.
Overall, the agenda focused on how the sector was coping with the lingering effects of Covid, including a talent crisis, supply chain shortages and a lack of aircraft, while also examining its exciting future, which includes sustainable fuels and drones.
The final summit brought together senior executives from AirAsia X, Airbus, Virgin, Airservices, Boeing and Western Sydney International Airport, alongside regulators, educators and industry bodies.

BBC News
Bringing together senior speakers from London, New York and Sydney, the BBC News summit explored how one of the world's most trusted media organisations creates branded content for advertisers in international locations.
I helped develop the program’s editorial direction, moderated panels and oversaw our marketing campaign to encourage delegates to attend the half-day event at Pier One at Sydney Harbour. In total, 120 people attended, including representatives from PWC, Optus, Qantas, Tourism Australia and Telstra.
Given the summit's theme, I worked hard to ensure delegates left with practical lessons they could apply to their jobs, including the latest trends in digital content consumption and how brands can maximise the brand impact of custom content.
